Money taken, no shoes received

I am a soldier fighting in Iraq I placed a $124.00 custom shoe order for my little sister back home on Jan. 25. For a pair of Air Force Ones airbrushed w / Tinkerbell. The money was taken from my bank account on Jan. 25 but my little sister has yet to receive the shoes. I emailed Daniel Fomby Jr Owner and Denise Raswell Sales/Management Feb. 25 and advised them of the situation. Mr. Fomby emailed me the same day (Feb. 25 2008) and said my order would go out Wednesday and I have yet to hear from Mr. Raswell at all. To date (March 15) my little sister still has not received the shoes. Again that website is www.moflava123.com
