Ended an order and also have not been returned

A purse purchase was ended by me on September. Of asking about my reimbursement after months they stated that they'd previously repaid me for that 244.22 and wrote me. Which per month later continues to be not displaying on my bank statement. They'll not really react back again to my emails concerning this issue. Do not create the exact same error I created. The corporation is just a couple of thieves.
