Didnt recieve my orde

Created an order for christmas, examined on the site to determine when it'd come. Stated it delivered, got a following range just received one product. I named them-and they stated another 11 products I requested weren't arriving they didnt ask them to anymore. I questioned why they got my purchase and billed me they stated should you purchase anything and another person orders the same time frame you don't have it they'll or some such trash. They didnt inform me that my purchase wasnt returning, I received no mail. Therefore easily hadnt called I wouldnt have recognized my presents werent coming. Will have to look elsewhere and wish they reach me promptly. Poor company methods, never store there again online.
