Didnt join / cant quit

Disney just started sending me movies. I called and told them to send a call tag, which they did. I told them Cancel my memebership, Ive never joined and they wont. They keep sending movies. These guys are a farce, sham FRAUDDO NOT DO BIZ with theese folks.
