Checkout fees included delivery that was never made

Hi, this site (Ticketliquidator and MyTicketTracking) is completely disgusting: I ordered a ticket at a price range of $130 or so, and additional fees of around $50 were applied during checkout. The fees included delivery that wasn't made; in fact, I had to pick up my tickets basically 8 blocks away from the place of the event. It's extremely unsatisfying and I would never recommend anyone to use this site.
