Ad chicken sandwich - hard bun

I got the bogo chicken club from the burger king in Hillsborough NC tonite and the top of one of them was hard as a rock and the bottom of the other one was the same way. This is my favorite fast food item and I was terribly disappointed in my experiance. Receipt number 16439
