Terrible experience

My husband and I visited Ruby Tuesday for supper on Friday 2/3:2012. We placed our entree order, preceded to visit the salad bar, then we waited after approximately 30 minutes waiter advised our order should not be much longer After an additional 15 minutes we were advised there was a little mix up in the kitchen, it was then that we became aware many tables for which customers who arrived long after had already been served. After approximately 1 hour after our order had been placed our plates arrived at the table by someone other than out server and our orders were not complete. The huge nearly empty plate arrived with crab cakes that were In pieces and only one of the side dishes, nethier plate had the grilled zucchini we ordered. Needless to say we left without eating. On a previous visit we ordered Asian dumplings which arrived cold ice cold in the center. The
Manager came to our table and advised that he knew what was wrong, the chief skipped a step.

New dumplings arrived after everyone had completed their meals do I just had them packaged to go. Another time the grilled aspsgaras were as hard as petrefied wood. Needless to say three strikes and your out we will not return to ruby Tuesday in New Iberia, La and will make others aware of our experience Bonnie B Upchurch. Bupchurch@theaccompany.Biz
