The owner of the Naked Pizza franchise Michael Brown is a racist. He thinks it's ok to call his African American employess Bubba, this is a prison term used for the black rapists in prison. Just because you've been in the prison system doesn't mean you're a rapist, and it also doesn't justify you deeming your employee for either their race or past mistakes.
