Service unsatisfactory

Hello i've been eating burger king for awhile now, i feel as if the service within the restaurant is terrible. Every time you order something for eating in if there are any people in the drive thru they take care of all those costumers before they take care of the dine in ones. The people who eat in have some time yes, but to wait for 30 minutes for french fries is ridiculous. If this issue was uncommon i wouldn't care but most of the stores i've been to in Alabama, Massachusetts, Texas, and Hawai'i.
