I have been going to the burger king off 35th ave for the past year and a half. I have 2 girls so naturally they love the play place. Unfortunately I have two and a half complaints.

1. The smoke detector had been chirping this ENTIRE year... Maybe it's a dead battery??? Worst case this multi million dollar company may need to replace unit. Heartbreaking on there bottom line I'm sure.

2. I have told someone (managers and employees) 85% of my visits. ThAts 8 out of 10 visits me pulling someone aside voicing my issue! They have failed to be concerned.

First of all it's safety! Second. This is not a pleasant environment. Hearing a chirping sound every 3 minutes. Absolutely unacceptable. And why I go there is ridiculous. Because it infuriates me every time. It's annoying and unsafe. Far as I'm concerned I think the fire department could give them some sort of citation. Which is whom I will contact if this goes in addressed any longer.

3. I can handle some filth when kiddo cooties are in loved. But that play place makes mc dsand chuckeecheeses look sanitary. All the way. I'm only stating this complaint due tothe fact I have to complain to get a 9 volt battery replaced. Ridiculous and very disappointing. Is the staff hard of hearing or just lack pride and basic regulations. So fix it or I will bring it to those who can. As well as tell everyone how disappointing, unsafe, and unsanitary this environment is.
