Yings Wings & things dont care about there customers - there whole staff

The worst experience in my life... I called to order off the lunch menu (for an office) and they say 45min-1hr ok thats fair... 1hr20min later no food i call and they give me an attitude because i said the gentleman who took my order never asked for my phone number... After fighting with him just to try and get an answer of where our food was he told me its on route so at most another 20 min??? Really... So my boss called after i told her my experience, she asked for a manager and he was AWFUL yelling and caring on saying how they dont have to please us because we didnt order enough for them to be concerned about our order or losing our business//meanwhile the delivery person shows up and hears whats going on and holds my food hostage and calls her boss... So they took are food back (the bill was over $7 what they told me on the phone) and called us liars! SOOO never again will anyone from our office order from there and once this gets out nobody from this building (over 3 stories of offices of different professions) will ever order from there again nor friends and family. I hope when people read this you know that customers arent valued and to top it off one of the companies here is a private locator and cant find a federal id number for this "restaurant" so how are they legit?
