Water Gap Diner
Water gap diner is a dump!

My husband and I made a trip up to the poconos recently, and found the water gap diner. I shouldve went right back to the car and left just by how the outside looked. But we went in anyway.
Driving around the parking lot to find a spot to park, we saw there were 2 young hispanic kitchen employees hanging out by their cars, getting drunk. Unbelievable!
We went inside and were seated. The only good thing about our dining experience was our waitress. She was very nice and pleasant!
After our meal, we headed up to the register to pay. It took 3 employees to get the manager to ring us up. When we told her that we saw the guys drinking alcohol, her response was, 'its hot out there'.. Really?! That all she had to say about it???
I got the impression that shes heard it before, and apparently has done nothing.
I for one will not be going back there unless the place has been remodeled and under new managment!
What a dump!!!
