Withdrawing cash using Amex card in tanzania NOT WORKING

I went everywhere trying to withdraw money using this Amex card but it doesn't work. All the banks are rejecting it.
What should i do, i have to stay here for about two weeks, how wil i survive that long without cash. Where else can i try to get money using amex card here in tanzania?
