You want it your way - no way - Service - poor manager service

When to a BK in Sofia, Bulgaria with a Bulgarian friend of mine. My order was a whopper, large fries with no salt and a large fanta. My friend did the order and what we ended up with was a regular burger, small fries with extra salt and a small coke. Obviously we complained but the staff member insisted that is what we ordered and refused to change anything even though we had the receipt for the more expensive items. So their motto most be "You want it your way" translates to "You get what we want you to have and thats it". I will not use BK anymore, anywhere, because of this.
