The GM for this partivular diner which is a Franchise is just unbelieveable. I have observed on many occasions while waiting for my wife to get off work as a server there, which is never at the time she is supposed to get off, so I consequently get to observe this GM barking and ranting in front of the customers, through the food service window at the staff. This is loud enough to hear all over the restaurant and loud enough to stop you in mid-chew to think "what the heck is going on?" It is completely disturbing and I am told that she likes to brag about the fact that 3 customers actually drove to the Springfield (Eugene) main office and told the Owner and that he didn't do anything about it??? I don't know why you would have this going on at a National Franchise it has to be costing the Franchise holder and Denny's corporate both, money and time to deal with the consequences of this so called "General Manager" How can she still be there? Very unprofessional!
