Poor conduct of the supervisor/operator with team and clients

The supervisor of the noisette restaurant location is extremely rude together with his team, yelling and calling them titles (producing them destroyed before clients.informing them such things as: silly, useless).

He also speaks negative reasons for having clients, tips them, shouts at people. He lies by placing advertisements on web he is searching for team to employ so when individuals arrived at work he's with them to get a handful of time after which deliver them house cos he claims (shouts)" u r advantageous to nothing, do not deserve to function, nobody may employ you coz u r silly...!""""

The area is filthy and major, he's ended food and rats and he claims he servingnot provide a * about people coz they're visitors plus they do not return!

He treats people like they're observing which isn't regular, if somebody understands how I will create the official protest pls I'd like to understand!!!
