Bad service

The McDonalds at shell (lebuhraya karak setapak) service very poor, i ask for double spicy chicken mcdeluxe... After I pay, there don't give receipt. Then when food deliver, they deliver me single spicy chicken mcdeluxe... I go and ask the cashier, he print out the receipt and tell me I order single spicy chicken mcdeluxe... If this service continue... I will ask all my friend and family don't ever go buy from McDonald's... Pls take concern of this matter no matter who is in charge... Thank you... My English is no very good, pls forgive if I write wrong spelling...
