Rude staff, green rice and phone number torn off receipt

I am a hard working single mother of three. I am also very kind, have a great sense of humor, and get along great with anyone. We live fairly close to the Popeyes in Wilkinsburg, so we used to go there often, sometimes spending up to 40.00 a visit. It seems that every time I went to this Popeyes in the past, the employees were rude and very unfriendly. The last incident was the last straw! I ordered another 40.00 meal, which was supposed to include beans and rice, three wings and a biscuit. I also ordered a lot of other things, everything to go.

When I got home, many things were wrong or missing. Usually I blow it off, since I work at a restaurant too and understand that it happens sometimes. This time, though, my rice was green, and I took a picture of it. My chicken must have been sitting in the window for the longest time, because it was so dry. I went back with my meal and was very kind when I asked to return my food for something else. It was the same cashier, and I might have been gone twenty minutes.

She looked at the food and said there was nothing they could do because I did not have my receipt. She clearly remembered me, because I had stood there forever waiting for it. The employees were all talking loudly and basically making me feel annoying for returning my food. I asked for the corporate number, and the manager, who was as rude as the others, gave me the survey number. I ordered another biscuit just to get a receipt with the number on it, and they actually ripped the phone number off the top of the receipt, because she knew I was going to call!

Needless to say, I got the number myself from the front door of the restaurant. I called corporate and told them what happened, and they said they would get back to me. That was two weeks ago, and I never received a call back. This company is terrible and its employees should be replaced. I wish the CEO of Popeyes could visit this location and see for himself. They are supposed to be representing his company, and all they are doing is ruining the company's reputation!
