What possessed them

In the last few months, Arby's has decided that they won't call your ticket number, they will call your name. They apologize for asking, but do it anyway. Of course they can't spell it. They don't understand it, so you have to repeat it, then when they call your name, & you aren't standing right there, they scream your name over and over. I work in the same shopping center as the restaurant, and its is the common thought around our store, that if you have to ask our name, its going to take too long. Once I complained about someone screaming my name over and over (for fast food, no less) and he gave me a coupon for a free meal as an apology. It was expired. I like Arby's food. That's why I eat there. I don't want anyone screaming my name. I really don't want strangers knowing my name. So why broadcast it over the store. And by the time the cashier finishes butchering my name on their screen, the food is usually ready. Please stop this horrible practice. Make it the professional transaction that it used to be.
