Godfather's Pizza
Food Poisoning Severe Vomiting & Diahrreah & Can't Get Refund Even!

June 14th was my sons 3rd birthday. It was a Monday night so not a good "party" night we just had a few friends over for pizza & cake.

Eleven people total, of which 9 shared 3 large pizzas (5 of the 9 were little kids between 3yrs & 6yrs). Two adults had cake only & were fine the next day. We drank bottled waters & juice boxed too.

All of us who ate pizza were violently ill for 24-72 hrs following. It started that night with horrible gas pains & then expolsive vomitting & diahrrea so bad it was both at the same time. My kids were getting sick & pooping their pants every 15 minutes & then my husband & I got it too. Our friends 3 kids were sick & so were they.

I wrote an email to corp office online. They responded saying they referred it to the manager of the store. A nice woman called & we played phone tag for several days.

I finally reached her at another store & she & I discussed the event. I believe the pizza was the only possible thing we could have eaten to make us sick. All I asked for was a refund. She said she would send me a packet to fill out for their insurance company & then I would get at least a refund.

That is all i want is my $20 back!!!

4 weeks went by & nothing. I emailed corp. Office again & over a week now & I have heard nothing. I can't believe their lack of professionalism to give a refund when their food made us ill.

*and get this, the manager said all their pizzas are made in some wherehouse & then frozen & shipped to the store where they are just topped & fast baked & so basically no different then a digorno!!! Lol lol lol lol *

I will never set foot in a Godfathers & believe me when I say that I have told the world. I have told every single person I know! None of them say they will go back either. Maybe now I will get a refund in the mail...
