Lazy employees

I work construction and our company is remodeling the Winn Dixie in Fern Park, Fl. We can only work from 11pm to 7am, and the Burger King on 17/92 in Fern Park is our closest choice for a meal in the middle of the night. Out of FIVE times that we've tried to go there now (all around 2:30am) no one's responded to the speaker or window 3 times, and 2 times we've been told the computers were down. The outside lights, and the sign are all turned off, so it looks like the restaurant is closed. So one day we went on our way in, and bought our food early (to later eat it cold) and asked if it was open 24hrs as the sign on the window says. We were told that yes it is in fact a 24hr location. So the only logical reason for the lights to be off, and no service to us must be that your night time employees don't feel like working and ignore the customers! There are too many people out there eager to work nowadays. You need to consider whether or not keeping employees that are ruining your company's reputation are worth it.
