Sold me BK Crown Card - Never Delivered

In December I paid $5 for a $10 BK Crown Card. Their records show I redeemed this in January. I never received the card by mail. 3 emails & 2 Facebook emails later, they have not responded. Calls to their listed phone number are a joke.

I just logged in to their site... And mysteriously the entire transaction is gone... But fortunately I have the certificate # they listed & all the purchase/transaction dates... So I'm calling my bank to report them... And try to get the money back that way. It was a debit transaction.

These people are crooks... Stay away from them!!
