Lizzard sale - blizzard sale

As a mother of 2 young boys, we shop at Dairy Queen frequebtly. (At least 2 times A week). Today there was a blizzard sale (great right) Buy1 get 1 99 cent. We got 4, two that we paid regular price for and 2 for 99 cent each, total 10.66. That's alot for icecream but who can tell the kids no when they have done thier chores for a treat. So, the manager was uotside smoking, the staff was bad mouthing a customer outside, then refused to stamp my free-quency card because my blizzards were part of the promotion. No one in the facility would give me a corporate number to call and when I went out to ask the manager for it he refused also. What great customer service! I feel as if is only right to have my stamps because I did pay full price for 2, right??? This following going to the Watkinsville store 3 days ago and being told that I could not get my card stamped because it was not for their location and then when I asked for one for their location was told that they were out. What the hell!!!
