Worst Service Ever - Eggs, Bacon, Fruit

My son and I went out to breakfast at IHOP in Moline IL and we never will return. It was the worst service ever. The food was inedible, and the wait was ridiculous. First of all I have a bad neck and shoulder and I have to set on a hard surface. We got seated at a uncomfortable booth and I asked for a table. After I complained I finally got moved to a table. Then we ordered our breakfast and we waited an hour and 15 minutes to get served. I asked for a manager who never came out. After we finally got our food it was disgusting. The eggs were cold and over cooked, the bacon was completely burnt black, and the fruit was cut down to the green. It was inedible. After I finally talked to a manager all he did was gave me 10 percent off. That was $2.50 off of a meal in which I should not have to pay for in the first place. As I left I said I am never coming back. A place with such a high reputation was a joke.
