The owner/manager at the Round Lake Beach, IL Baskin Robbins said that they are supposed to use the kid-sized scoops for the 3-scoops sundays. Then he didn't even fill the scoops. I complained and he said he would never cheat me. The container wasn't even half full. I will never go back there again. What a cheapskate. He lost my family as customers, and I am sure others will too. You don't cheat your customers!
