I won this 300 dollars food certificate. If I proved I shopped at Kroger for 100 dollars each month, they would send me 20 dollars in gift cards. I sent in a "refundable" 15.95, and filled out he forms properly each month for 12 months now. I complained that I have never received the gift cards and they said "they were backed up". They won't give me my refundable 15.95 and I complained to the Better Business Burea and they have done nothing.
