Poor Management

I understand it had been Holiday and practically everyone was shut. That'snot my criticism, there is just 3 waitresses on-staff along with a Supervisor method over her mind. She reported about each client arriving through the doorway, screamed in the waitresses for not performing their part function (having a space high in clients she needed them to load salt shakers, clean surfaces, clear coffee pots...) Even while we are all awaiting our purchases to become obtained and shipped. Several platforms got up and quit, the supervisor really thanked them. I've worked yesteryear 30 years within the cafe area and was appaled that she never raised a hand once to assist everywhere. Reported that individuals were arriving and reported to us once we were departing that she was reduced on groups and dimes. I paid having a charge card, I didnot require any change and didnot have to notice that she was reduced. She belittled the waitresses before clients and created my eating expreience an undesirable time-out. Our LAST trip to IHOP.incidentally our server was WONDERFUL and was operating her butt down. Expected properly by us...
