Upsetting matte

I had been within the Arbyis in Edinburgh, Indiana on December 17. We'd two distinct purchases. My mother got her purchase properly. I nevertheless didn't get my purchase properly I had been lacking my chicken meal it had been merely a buck plus some change, but which was not the purpose. After I named the shop back a couple of minutes later I requested the affiliate why I didn't get my meal she explained nicely it had been not prepared. I stated nicely why-didn't you reveal that before we went away. She was peaceful and that I said hello have you got a solution and he or she explained nicely it had been simply not ready yet. And so I was really annoyed though it was only a meal it's the theory of the problem. The affiliate didn't need to be rude, but she was which was the issue. If she'd have simply informed us that it had been not prepared yet then anything might have been good.

I simply want to realize that Arby's doesn't uphold customer support and them being handled in ways that's not required. The affiliate didn't actually apologize that will be what used to do not comprehend. I simply wish this issue is looked after the moment possible.
