Terrible Service

Got in the drive thru at 9:30 order was not taken until 9:36, was asked to pull up still no food at 9:46, asked the guy putting up the flag for my money back I was late for work. 3 mins later still no food and just my money back. I go through there everyday and will NEVER return.
