I've been a person only at that specific Ruby Tuesdays several times and observed violent conduct from the supervisor there. She berates the workers before clients. Among the 3 times I visited with my loved ones, we're able to hear shouting within the home. After I requested our host that which was happening, she accepted the GM (I suppose Common Manager) was shouting at somebody. I expected her if it was regular and condoned by Ruby Tuesdayis corporate plan, she responded that it should be because it occurred constantly with no one did something about this despite issues. This supervisors was using derogatory phrases to whoever she was talking. It had been terrible. Because that event, we've been two more occasions and he or she is extremely disrespectful and completely mean to her workers. This is exactly what Ruby Tuesdayis means, and our household (so that as a number of our buddies as you can) won't be returning till she's possibly counselled and educated correctly or is changed. This really is suppose to be always a family restaurant. We were ashamed for that workers who've been kind.
