Manager lacks professionalism

Throughout a current trip to bw3is the waiter and my party had a miscommunication in regards to the type and volume of drinks which were ordered. Though i don't think that is was an error on-us, i'd agree that there definitley was a breakdown in conversation. Nevertheless, that's what managers are, right? Nicely, not based on the manager at bw3is. Not just was he not useful, he was completely unprofessional, rude and downright aweful.indeed, im talking about the supervisor. Nonetheless, i'll never customer that place again!!! Unhappy!!! Mjg
