Soggy fish

I went to CaptD today, about 3:10 pm, ordered deluxe seafood platter. As soon as I sat down, it was put up on the counter. It habeen sitting, wasn't cooked fresh, and the fish was very greasy, and the fries were barely warm, and were tough from cooling aI called to tell them about it and the manager was rude, to put it mildly.
I won't be going to that location again!!
