Customer service at drive thru

I recognize hardees CAn't be held accountable for that ignorance and inconsideration of it is clients, however they have the effect of managing the problem. I had been in the drive-thru today and also the lady before me was informed to draw forward and watch for her food. Ok, not a problem. However the lady just pulled forward about 4-FEET! She blocked everybody within the drivethru and nobody could easily get out. I requested the lady in the drive-thru to please proceed tell her to go forward. She said okay and that I viewed as people gradually meandered round the register nobody doing something. Following a few MORE moments, i bumped about the screen and stated "may somebody please inform her to maneuver" to that we got a brief reaction "ma'am I'll be therein one minute!" then she WAITED for that womanis food to become prepared and visited provide it to her. 6 units had approved right now with most of US caught within the drive-thru. Once the woman subsequently found she was lacking anything and also the woman went directly into have it. This time around she advised the woman to maneuver forward which period the woman shifted forward ANOTHER 4-FEET! Not enought for an vehicle or perhaps a vehicle to escape!!! She lay there awaiting her food and that I honked at her three times. The woman said "this really is where I am designed to park" to which i responded "WE CAN NOT ESCAPE! NONE PEOPLE MAY!!!" I will not need needed to be the main one to inform her this. This case might have been prevented if somebody had informed her where you can playground within the first-place, OR if somebody might have walked away from doorway and informed her wherever to maneuver to. We were overdue and individuals behind us were noticeably frustrated aswell.
