Charge on juice containe

McDonald's (in Vancouver, BC) charges a. 05cent deposit fee for their orange juice container.
However if you return the juice container to them they do not refund the fee. They do not even provide a recycling bin. I think they should do one or the other. I't not so much the. 05 cents that bugs me, I just think maybe they should provide a reycling bin and donate refund fee to charity!? (I recycle in my home recycling bin!)
