To Whom It May Concern,
After seeing the ad on tv for Taco Bell for the new xxl chalupa I went and got 4 of them for my family to try. My soninlaw had raved about how good they were so we thought we would try them. There wsn't a whole lot of toppings on them but I thought maybe whoever had made them may have been in a hurry and was just a little stingy with the toppings and maybe if I gave it another try it would be better the next time. Well, I went to Taco Bell yesterday and spent another $22.00 feeding my family there and again was dissappoited. Yes, the shell was xxl but there was about the same amount of toppings as a regular chalupa, and there was no sour cream at all on them. I go to Taco Bell regularly and it is for the most part excellent, but I have to tell you I am very dissappointed. I dont know if it is the person making them or if that is how they are supposed to be but the product I got was NOTHING like what is advertised on tv. After spending close to $40.00 on food and being so dissappointed I am really leery about getting them any more there or at a different Taco Bell.
