Tony Parasson's restaurants in Akron Ohio Rips off young people trying to make a living.

My son worked for this restaurant for almost two years. The kid walked to work in all kinds of weather. He called off work twice in the whole time he worked there. He called off the second time because there was a snow storm and he was stuck 15 miles away at a friends house. The local news reports and police departments said to stay off the road. There were 160 accidents reported in the local area that day. Tony Parassons restaurants FIRED him for calling off! It was only the second call off in almost two years!!!

To top this off, he goes to get his last paycheck. He is owed 37.58 hours @ 7.25 an hour. They pay him 37.58 hours @ 5.15 an hour! They said this is policy because he quit without a notice! He didnt quit! He was terminated. They dont care!

I have left a message on the high and mighty Tony Parassons Voice Mail. He screens calls and there is no way of getting ahold of him unless he choses to call you back. He has no direct number. Only voice mail.

I have informed him on voice mail that he has until Monday morning to return my phone call or I will contact an attorney.

Mr. Parasson, you dont get to make the rules. There are all kinds of laws out there protecting the workers.

Mr. Parasson, would you be surprised to find that I remember you as a child and when your father had the business? He was a fair person. You should be ashamed of yourself for running your fathers business the way that you have. Im sure he is very unhappy with you. You spoiled little rich man.

You should be ashamed to take atvantage of young people the way that you have. I understand policy sir, do you understand Ohio Labor Laws?
