I had been dinning with my loved ones at Valentino Sul Mare on Miami Beach. We reached 5:00pm hence we were among the first clients in the cafe that night, we were seated in the desk outside alongside the glass screen, which had a definite view of the interior of the area. It got more than 20 units of waiting before man (we-don't believe this person was a waitress, but instead the supervisor or operator of the area) ultimately arrived and got our purchase. We informed him how unprofessional it had been of him to preserve us awaiting such a long time. We requested sauces, and entrees. A couple of minutes later we obviously noticed him, through the glass screen, spitting into our soup, after which he rapidly combined it-up having a scoop. We got up and quit.
