Ripped off by TGI Fridays

A couple weeks ago my mom took me out to lunch to TGI Fridays. When she paid bill she paid cash she counted out the money and put it in the folder and I said Ill pay the tip and I counted out the tip $ 30% and put it in the folder too. She saw me and I saw her. Than the waiterss came and got it and we gathered our things and and walked out of the restrant and to our car then the waitress comes out saying" ladies ladies theres not enough money in here its $20.00 short." (how would she know how much was her tip if the folder was short?)

Anyway I said it was in there and my mom just gave her another $20.00. I guess the girl thought she should get a 100% tip from an 75 year old lady. I made my mom count her money when we got in the car and sure enough SHE was now short $20.00. When I e-mailed Fridays guest relations they e-mailed me back saying someone would contact me shortly and thank you for letting us know. Like I said that was a coulpe weeks ago. No other word from anyone at TGI Fridays.
