Be on the look out for disgusting meat practices!

I was horrified to learn tonight that a box of frozen hamburger patties that I purchased (and almost fed to my kids) contained not only ground beef but also ground up cow hearts!!! Now, I know someone out there may eat this but it is disgusting. I noticed some strange smell when I put them in the pan and then read the ingredients and saw the cow hearts in there. Ugh... The smell is foul and this is a disgusting practice because a lot of people see the label beef patties and dont expect ground up hearts in there. Gross, watch out!
