K shorting meal

My local burger king consistantly shorts my order through thr drive thru. I think that it is company policy to take an order and conveintly forget the smaller items to widen profit margin. It is difficult to check order whilr driving and I belive that bk takes advantage of this. Burger king at Camp hill PA
