Never Again - Maui Crunchy Shrimp others

Unbelievable & Terrible Experience - SERVICE AT THIS RESTAURANT
My boyfriend and I went to IHOP (5655 Broadway, Bronx, NY 10463) for dinner on Aug, 29th 2011. I ordered Maui Crunchy Shrimp but I didn't get what I ordered. First of all, there was no pineapple glaze sauce (the waitress told me AFTERWARDS that they didn't have the sauce because of the Hurricane Irene, and offered tartar sauce.) The shrimp was not lightly fried as menu said, more like heavily battered and fried several small pieces. I didn't get the broiled red potates, but
fried regular potatoes, like home fries.
When I complained, the waitress insisted those are red potatoes, and offered to replace them with mashed potatoes or french fries. Broccoli on the side was dry and cold. It made me pretty upset because she was talking to me like I was the difficult and picky customer. As a customer, I have the right to receive what I ordered and if anything's not available that day, she should have informed me when taking orders. On top of everthing else, I realized later I didn't get salad nor soup I was supposed to get with my dinner, either. Our bill and tip came out to be a total of $42. What a rip off and teriible service. My boyfriend ordered t-bone steak and pancakes, but no steak sauce was offered or served. I had to get up and go find the waitress wsitting on a booth and chatting with her co-worker. There was no salt nor pepper on our table, either. I used to be a waitress so I wonder how you train your employees here. The bottom line, I didn't receive the food I ordered and it was the worst restaurant experience.
