Compass Group USA Scams Student out of $1,200

Compass Group USA scammed me out of $1,200 for a meal plan that was canceled and never used. Management was made aware of the problem and no corrective action was taken. Non usage of the meal plan is confirmed by a perpetual system that increments each time a meal is used. The contract was canceled due to a faulty service encounter (employee misconduct) that was poorly handled by management. Charges against the corporation have been filed for interference of the contract that allows for cancellation of the meal plan at Southern Polytechnic State University.
