Poor food, presentation and overall experience

With great pleasure our household all collected at Jones and Wollensky Eastgate, exactly the same method we usually did previously. We stay removed from one another which is just a main level for all of US. All of us enjoy an excellent meat and maynot wait to see the brand new Cruz and Wollensky within the recently added amusement place. You will find several phrases to explain our complete surprise and frustration. What happened towards the once elegant and stylish cafe? The tablecloths were filthy, support was bad and sluggish. Not many of the bathroom were accessible which was just conveyed to us when our purchase continues to be positioned as well as after some food continues to be offered. Your food was slapped onto dishes without any garnish about the dish or any interest paid towards the structure. The supervisors and team were not useful and did not understand how to manage this case.

We left frustrated, our valuable Sunday morning lost and tainted from the storage. Person to person is very effective and that I wish to assure you this cafe wont allow it to be considerably longer if this is exactly what they're likely to provide valued customers in future. I'm sorry for that cafe operator who may believe he's a trusted group over there!
