Ad service always, rude jerks who work there

Usually poor support at the give away screen. The folks are usually rude jerks, they push your issues at you, rude, imply poor perspective... It never changes. It appears they just employ poor mannered losers to work on this location, individuals are never good and just rude. Not really a great spot to visit at-all and these fools have to be competed in customer support
