Bad experience with Croissan'wich - Sausage croissan'wich

I am out of state taking care of my Dad who been in the hospital/rehab near libertyville since early May. I had occasion to use the last if my free food coupons that I won during your last promotion.

I was very much looking forward to using it, with the stress of looking after my dad nearly all my waking hours, there's no too much to look forward to.

I went into BK #9895 in Libertyville, IL to get a sausage croissan'wich to go... Unfortunately the sausage was literally "tough as shoes leather". Having taken it to go, and not much time to spare... I couldn't directly take it back. Being probably the first customer since they opened, nit sure how the sandwich was so bad... But it was all scrunched up and the patty tasted like it was left from the day before!

How can I get some satisfaction???
