Horrible service - customer service

I visited the Burger King outlet at Trincity Mall, Trinidad. As I plar I ced my order I slightly changed it. After I paid, the cashier openly expressed his dismays. When I came back to collect my order I saw an employee changing my fries with another. I counted the items to ensure my order was alright. It was only when I reached home I realised out of spite she changed my fries with a bad batch of uncooked ones. It is poor customer service and just plain mean. I hope someone looks into this. I will be calling their office tomorrow.
