Tax Day Promotion - big mac

In the mail on 04-14-10 you stated that due to the economy & in honor of tax day you were offering a buy one get one free today 04-15-10. I went to make my purchase at McDonalds & they laughed in my face. This was the manager & counter person. They stated that this was from years ago & hadn't heard of any thing like it lately. I know that there were several places that had the same promotion but, I wanted to be loyal. I'm very disappointed.
