Not an apology or I'm sorry little girl just plain rude and nasty next please

I've 4 grandchildren sticking with me for that summertime as well as for the final three times we got the coach to go to McDonaldis at Walmart. Area Charleston & Arville, Vegas Nv. Daily (for three times in AROW) we've been informed the icecream equipment was broken. They've to-order the component we were informed evry morning. Nowadays my 7-year old grandaughter informed Bill who had been simply to nervous to become rude to obtain her from the method and obtain to another client got place in his location with a 7-year old. She advised him why-don't you simply Fed-Ex or advantages it overnight you then would not be so angry to individuals who request icecream. No apology or I am sorry young girl just plain rude and unpleasant next please. The clients in-line were stating "you inform him darling". Me I felt like simply jerking this Bill idiot overthecounter but why whenever a seven-year old may do it for me personally with only terms.
