Foriegn material - Double Cheese burge

I bought 2 double cheese burgers from the local burger king and as my son was eating one of his sandwiches he got choked on a 1" x 2 1/2" piece of plastic coated paper with an egg shaped clock printed on it.

This piece of foriegn material was large enough to get caught over his esophagas and chock him. I am a frequent customer of burger king but this incident, which could have been devastating, has put doubt in the safety of your product. Foreign material of this size in one of your sandwiches is alarming. I would like to hear a response as to what actions are being taken to prevent such occurences from reoccurring.
