Apalling Customer Service - Customer Service

I saw a commercial on TV one evening for Wendy's new BLT Cobb salad and I decided to try it the next day for lunch. On Thursday, August 12th I made my way to the Wendy's located on Culebra and 410 in San Antonio, TX around 12:15pm. It began with the ordering process when I had to repeat my order three times due to the order taker interrupting me every time I spoke. She then just said, "ok" in a rude tone and nothing else. I assumed that she finally got the order right and so I drove to the window. When I reached the window, she almost shoved the bag of food in my my car window without saying anything at all. I then asked her what kind of nugget sauces she had available and she proceeded to name off about 8 different sauces so fast that I could barely understand her. I just picked one I was familiar with in order to avoid further complications. Upon leaving the drive through, I told her she didn't have very good customer service skills and she said, "thank you!" and slammed the drive through window.

After leaving, I proceeded to contact the store to speak with the manager. I spoke with an employee with bad phone skills. He would not give me his name, but told me that he was the manager and to talk to him. I told him if he was the manager, he should have no problem giving me his name. He said not to worry, that he was the manager. I told him I would call corporate instead and he hung up on me.
